Insurances we don't accept:

1. Medicaid

2. New York No-Fault Injuries

3. Workers Compensation Injuries

4. Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield (out-of-state HMO plans)

Please note that cosmetic procedures are not covered by health insurance.
Increasingly, some insurers are excluding coverage for office procedures traditionally considered covered services (e.g. removal of moles, keratoses, lipomas and cysts).
